Nadia Steede Mudge

I grew up in Richmond, BC, not too far from Steveston, where I feel most inspired.  I’m convinced I was a fisherman in a past life, and feel drawn to the working fishboats down at the docks.
I have a hard time stopping myself from clicking photo after photo of these character-rich boats, and am fortunate to have a patient husband who waits quietly while I frequently pause during walks to take another shot.

A lot has changed since I created this website to share some of my work. I have a 4-year old son who keeps me on my toes every minute, a loving husband (he’s not new lol), a challenging job, a boating lifestyle that is our true escape, and a love of Tofino when we can get out there.
